Our coaching services
For several years, R&R Data Services has offered Leadership, Executive, and Career Transition coaching services through its JRR Coaching Services.
JRR Coaching is tailored to each individual or organizational client. We have a variety of plans that fit your goals and budget.
We specialize in helping people find new or different careers, working closely with them to develop resumes that highlight their knowledge, skills, and accomplishments. Our clients range from recent college graduates to mid-career professionals to soon-to retire expereinced workers.
Our coaching Services include:
- Individual Sessions set up to fit within your schedule and individual goals, beginning with a no-cost discovery session
- Session Packages with five individual session plus a 30-minute discovery session, and two 30 minutes follow-up sessions at 3-months and 6 months
- Organizational Packages with discovery and individual sessions for one or more employees
- Assessments when they provide additional insights
We provide an industry standard coaching agreement with clear and client-friendly opt-out provisions. Our coaching goal is to help you overcome the challenges you face; our business practices are design to support our work, not be an additional challenge.
